These Terms govern your use of ScoreCaller (registered business SP-2407/2017, Ministry of Economic Development, Republic of Maldives). By using the service you agree to them.

What ScoreCaller is

ScoreCaller is a free-to-play prediction game platform. Businesses ("organizers") create games for sporting tournaments; players predict match scores and earn points on a leaderboard. No purchase, deposit, stake, or wager of any kind is required or accepted to participate. ScoreCaller is a skill-based entertainment and marketing tool — it is not betting, gambling, or a lottery.

Prizes

Any prizes are offered, funded, and awarded entirely by the organizing business, not by ScoreCaller. ScoreCaller determines winners from predictions using transparent, automated scoring, but is not responsible for the fulfilment, value, or delivery of any prize.

Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to play and 18 or older to register as an organizer.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information when registering or joining a game.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to manipulate scoring, create fake entries, or abuse join limits.
• Do not use the service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or reverse-engineer the service.

Intellectual property

The ScoreCaller name, logo, and software are owned by ScoreCaller. Organizers retain ownership of their own logos, images, and content uploaded to brand their games.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". Tournament fixtures and results are sourced from third-party data and are for entertainment use; we do not guarantee they are error-free. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives.
